**About the Job**

The Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting daily operations for our end-to-end staffing process. This includes managing requisition records, communicating hiring process status, and navigating complex issues to resolve them efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure timely data management and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sourcers and recruiters, to provide updates on the hiring process.
  • Audit and manage requisition records from job postings to workflow steps.
  • SUPPORT PRE AND POST-OFFER PROCESSES AND/OR CHANGES.
  • Offer development and delivery support to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Navigate ambiguous scenarios and make informed decisions.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Pursuing or completed a Technical or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field OR 2+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting hiring processes or managing Admin tasks for different stakeholders.
  • 1+ years of experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage data and reports.
  • B2+ English level.
  • Permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
