  • Engages senior stakeholders and identifies business reasons for significant variances.
  • Summarizes impact of adjustments for senior stakeholder's review.
  • Identifies, resolves and drives sustainable resolution of complex issues.
  • Ability to explain principles behind accounting policies and related process flows.
  • Define process changes to align with policy changes (including directives, etc.).
  • Create Financial Packages, including development, documentation, and presentation of highlights.
  • Provides detailed variance explanations with clear link to business drivers.
  • Conduct analytical deep dives on businesses, activities, and balances.
  • Reviews and analyzes variances and proposes required adjustments for completeness and accuracy.
  • Explains the financial and Market drivers for complex products; and how they affect the relevant Balance Sheet components.
  • Leverages Financial Services knowledge to be a thought leader supporting Business Partners with reporting, analytics, metrics and benchmarks to drive Process Improvement.
  • Identifies and explains errors and gaps in the process.
  • Proposes remediation steps for issues within non-complex processes.
  • Identifies areas of improvements within sub-processes.
  • Participates in global projects related to specific processes.
  • Identifies resolves and drives sustainable resolution of complex issues.
