Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned finance leader to shape and develop our Costa Rica site strategy as a Director in the Product and Cloud Services (PCS) Central FP&A team. As an integral member of the finance leadership team, your overarching responsibility will be to manage and develop our Costa Rica team to achieve higher levels of excellence.
The Elevator Pitch:**Why this opportunity?** We are looking for someone who can drive business outcomes, lead large teams, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in our Costa Rica office.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead PCS Finance Costa Rica team in all things related to culture, career development, skills development, and site development.
- Manage 7 direct reports with 6 dotted line reports.
- Engage closely with the PCS Finance Central FP&A and Office of the CTO (OCTO) finance team and support on major spend-related activities.
- Align all Costa Rica Team members on Forecast, Replan, Annual/Bi-annual/Quarterly Planning, and Long Range Planning processes.
- Enable team efficiency through streamlining tasks and automation.
We are looking for a finance leader with experience shaping company culture and leading large teams in a technology company. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively with partners, technical and otherwise, in Costa Rica and the US, are key to success.
