The RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage and reconcile WW Citrix Inc. reseller incentive payout programs. This involves system and manual calculations, validation, and processing. The ideal candidate will also audit payouts via complex, multi-layered program rolls and validate sales exceptions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile WW Citrix Inc. reseller incentive payout programs.
- Audit payouts via complex, multi-layered program rolls and validate sales exceptions.
- Work with internal parties to resolve modifications within the payouts.
- Prepare daily reports and conduct weekly payouts in accordance with company guidelines and program compliance.
- Maintenance of the Salesforce Finance Resellers Rewards service request queue and case approvals as well as resolving internal and external escalations.
