Freight Forwarder

We're breaking the mold at Pegasus Logistics Group, and we're looking for a dynamic Freight Forwarder to join our award-winning team. As a collaborative and creative problem-solver, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's future.

• Prepare and control quotes for Pegasus corporate, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist in rate negotiations with global agents, compiling cost data to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal and external clients, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on pricing strategies, providing expert insights to inform business decisions.
• Prepare BID and RFQ documents for Pegasus corporate, ensuring compliance with established response times.
• Support the solution of problems related to rates, transit times, routes, or carrier selection, providing creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Collaborate with the attainment of corporate goals, prioritizing tasks and coordinating departmental efforts.

• Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Office Package.
• Advanced English (written) and intermediate English (oral) skills.
• Knowledge of air and maritime cargo consolidation, international experience, and transportation management systems (CargoWise preferred).
• Pricing knowledge in international trade and INCOTERM knowledge.
