Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative HR Liaison to join our team at Mondelez International. In this role, you will provide administrative support for Employee Relations matters, including creating ERIS records, updating NALA records, and handling low-complexity cases related to disciplinary actions, attendance issues, and loss or theft of company assets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for performing administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience, ensuring that processes are adhered to and documented. You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, access requests, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Employee Relations matters, including ERIS creation, NALA record updates, and handling low-complexity cases
  • Perform daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility
  • Ensure deadlines are met and service quality is delivered
  • Work with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Requirements

  • Basic experience in HR tasks is required; preferred experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations specialist
  • Familiarity with employment law and regulations
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing priorities
