Human Capital Acquisition Professional

Citi is seeking a talented Human Capital Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process forward, working closely with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless strategy execution and delivery.
Your key objectives will include participating in various recruitment initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy. You will consult with clients to develop tailored sourcing strategies, encompassing internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment.
You will partner with HR Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for both internal and external talent. Additionally, you will participate in diversity recruiting events and activities, ensuring adherence to all hiring policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
To excel in this role, you should possess 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication is also essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. This position falls within the Job Family Group: Human Resources, under the Job Family: Recruiting, with a Time Type designation.
