Payroll Specialist Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Human Capital Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing global data input and serving as the main point of contact for inquiries from both employees and external consultants/third parties.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data input, while also collaborating with senior payroll analysts to ensure compliance with legal and company policies. You will address payroll-related queries from both employees and management via SNOW, collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues, and organize and maintain payroll records.
In addition, you will support in the preparation of ad hoc Payroll reports, use payroll software to process payroll efficiently, identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll procedures and systems, handle payroll information with a high degree of confidentiality and ensure data security, and contribute to special projects or tasks related to payroll as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years work experience in human resources or a related field
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Effective organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and addressing inquiries
