We're seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and tasks, identifying root causes, and driving closure as needed. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting the resolution of complex Microsoft 365 incidents and tasks
- Accurately documenting all work performed through ticketing systems
- Managing evergreen updates and ensuring complete support documentation
- Working on key IT escalations related to Microsoft 365 products
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or other cloud-based systems
- At least 1 year of experience with desktop administration and remote desktop support
- At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing service management tool
