About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our Global Customer Success organization. This role requires a strong background in technical support, with a focus on Windows Server, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Advocate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance and solutions to customers and contact center agents.
  • Working directly with business unit vPro engineers for customer escalations.
  • Developing and delivering training and guidance to the Contact Centers to maintain their technical knowledge.
  • Representing the customer and support perspective in product development team meetings with business unit representatives.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer contact trends and driving data and recommendations to business unit to improve User Experience and Product Supportability in existing and future products.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's STEM degree or technical degree equivalent.
  • 2+ years of combined experience with hands-on Windows Server 2019 or 2022, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, certificates, Application and Network Load Balancers, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with global teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates with additional experience in:

  • Endpoint management, including ME and BMC technologies, and familiarity with Intel vPro Enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with 802.1x, Cisco NAC, and UAC, as well as Certificate Authorities.
  • Practical hands-on experience troubleshooting TLS, cipher suites, and certificate chains to ensure a secure transport layer.
  • Experience working with PowerShell and Python scripts for system administration.
  • Working understanding of using APIs to automate system processes.
