Job Overview

The Senior Software Engineer (Python) is responsible for leading the technical efforts for complex AI/ML delivery projects. This includes designing solutions for complex processes, defining and assigning daily tasks, and leading research for new technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical efforts for complex AI/ML delivery projects.
  • Design solutions for complex processes and define daily tasks.
  • Lead research for new technologies and design solutions for business use cases.
  • Develop and configure complex processes, tasks, and objects establishing best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Develop and configure solutions using new technologies adjusted to the nature of the business use case.
  • Lead technical migrations including platform, framework, tools.
  • Maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the senior technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team, and communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
  • Comply with and help enforce quality, design, documentation, and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
  • +4 years of experience as Software Engineer.
  • +3 years experience with creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • +3 years experience with Agile Methodology, programming languages like **Python** (preferred) and **Java**.
  • 2+ years with any of the following topics/tools **Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing**.
  • English proficiency B2 or above.
