About this Role
In this role, you will lead finance order-to-cash projects, providing functional and technical leadership to analysis and validation of end-to-end finance processes and system solutions. This involves analyzing, validating, and documenting new or changed finance process/system solutions. As a Strategic Finance Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing effective process solutions, critically identifying and addressing issues, and resolving ambiguities and conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze finance business requirements by working with finance groups.
- Develop process solutions to scale the business and minimize manual workarounds.
- Critically identify and address system limitations, gaps in process, or inefficient procedures.
- Resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, and conflicting business and technical requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the company's strategic objectives by participating in project and team initiatives.
- Remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand and maintain Align's Accounting process/procedures, systems, and key internal controls.
- Build relationships with cross-functional team members.
- Provide training to team members and corporate functions.
