This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust internal capability for data tracing, aligned with Citi's transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a global team managing document sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement, ensuring high-quality data delivery and minimizing risks.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with SMEs across the business and global functions to retrieve and validate source documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvements, enhancing the document sourcing process.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement controls to prevent errors, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within financial services.
