Job Overview

The Billing Administrator will be responsible for managing client billing and invoicing processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and accurate billing processes.

This role requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will develop and implement billing workflow tools to automate billing data gathering processes and increase billing process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile, manage, and use billing data, contract provisions, and pricing constructs.
  • Participate in teams responsible for creating end-user requirements for billing platform enhancements.
  • Develop and implement billing workflow tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive billing system deployment strategy and requirements.
  • Process billing adjustments and manual billing requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in billing or OTC.
  • Technical skills to learn new systems quickly.
  • Analytical skills to process information logically.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Drive for excellence and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Client contract interpretation.
  • ERP system experience - preferred.
  • Excel skills - preferred.
