Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth in the LATAM region.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize supply chain performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the business to drive supply chain excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a director-level role.
- Proven track record of driving supply chain excellence and improving business performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with supply chain planning, execution, and optimization, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of supply chain technologies, including ERP systems, transportation management systems, and warehouse management systems.
