Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading IT VOIP, PBX, CCaaS solution deployment and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates
- Manage project risks and issues
- Develop and manage project metrics and reporting
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of project management experience in IT VOIP, PBX, CCaaS solution deployment and enhancement
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in using project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira
- Mastery of MS Office 365 platform and Teams environment
- PMI PMP certification a plus
