You will join our team as a Financial System Analyst-Invoicing Operations, reporting to the Supervisor of Billing and Invoicing Operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. Your dotted line responsibility will be to the Manager of Worldwide Fulfillment Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting to enable management to monitor team objectives and metrics.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports to assist with management analysis and decision making.
  • Efficiently extract and analyze data from financial systems.
  • Develop forecasting models for invoicing operation activities and metrics.
  • Provide business intelligence for internal business partners/customers.
  • Support and execute on Invoice Operations processes as needed for month end, quarter end, and high volume periods.
  • Gather and summarize data from a variety of data sources; perform data collection and cleansing.
  • Validate report results and ensure data integrity.
  • Create visual representations of data; tell compelling stories.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

About You:

  • You hold a University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3+ years of combined experience in finance, Sales Support/Sales Operations.
  • You are experienced with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • You possess advanced Google or Microsoft Office skills, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, charting, formulas, and data manipulation.
  • You are familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • You are flexible and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English language proficiency.
