Convera is seeking an experienced Transaction Dispute Resolver to join our team. As a Transaction Dispute Resolver, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex payment-related disputes and issues. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of resolving complex problems and providing quality customer service. You'll also need to be able to multitask, work accurately, and independently process large volumes of inquiries within defined timelines.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in English, has strong computer skills, and can maintain confidentiality. You'll be part of our operations department, working closely with our Treasury and Settlement Accounting team to resolve queries and facilitate customer transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Investigating payment-related disputes and issues.
  • Resolving complex problems and providing quality customer service.
  • Tracking and reporting on daily investigations and keeping Salesforce queue up to date.
  • Acknowledging all inquiries same day of receipt.
  • Actively identifying, escalating, and reducing recurring client inquiries.
  • Providing support to Treasury and Settlement Accounting team members to resolve queries and/or facilitate customer transactions.
  • Managing and responding to a large volume of payment investigations.
  • Knowing when to escalate difficult or time-consuming inquiries to manager.
  • Involving other teams in payment-related issues when necessary.
