Role Summary

The Field Service Manager I - FRS is responsible for managing a territory of customers, providing them with effective solutions to their food safety concerns.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and manage a territory of customers, ensuring that they receive prompt, personal, and reliable customer service.
  • Conduct food safety auditing, equipment maintenance, staff training, and product demonstrations to ensure high-standard results of cleaning and food safety control.
  • Communicate effectively with store customers and operational support partners, addressing any problems found during store service.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science or business administration. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
