Asegurar los procesos administrativos y legales de RH de CA&C Impulsar los valores corporativos y posibilitar el éxito empresarial mediante el diseño de puestos, la contratación, la gestión del rendimiento, la formación y el desarrollo, los cambios en el ciclo laboral, la gestión del talento y los servicios de gestión de instalaciones que garantizan un equipo de alto rendimiento.
**1.Principales Actividades del puesto.
**
1.Gestionar el proceso de selección y contratación de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio asegurando la calidad de la contratación en cada departamento garantizando el desempeño, capacidad y adaptabilidad de cada persona
2.
Gestionar las necesidades actuales y futuras de recursos humanos, a través del desarrollo, compromiso, motivación y preservación del capital humano, garantizando un clima laboral positivo y productivo.
3.
Supervisar y administrar un sistema de evaluación del desempeño de KPI que impulsa el alto desempeño
4.
Asegurar que todos los empleados reciban la retroalimentación correspondiente a tiempo, cuidando las buenas costumbres y en un ambiente positivo
5.realizar benchmarking de mercado de compensacion con empresas locales
6.Supervisar los procesos de planilla del analista a su cargo.
7-Implementar la politica de talent review con 9 box
8.Asegurar la administración del personal bajo el marco legal de cada país.
9.Asegurar el cumplimiento de la concesión de ESR
10.Garantizar las mejores prácticas de recursos humanos
11.Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de recursos humanos alineadas con la estrategia comercial general.
12.Desarrollar y monitorear estrategias, sistemas, tácticas y procedimientos generales de recursos humanos en toda la organización.
13.Asegurar la parte legal, expatriados, temas migratorios, auditorias archvos de my upl, data, reportes, dashboards, mitigar riesgos laborales, expedientes
14.Informar a la gerencia y brindar apoyo a la toma de decisiones a través de métricas de recursos humanos, reportes, capacitaciones.
