The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Client Care Expert to join our team. As a Smile Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey.

You will work closely with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing personalized solutions to their problems. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding results, exceeding customer expectations, and building strong relationships with our community.
