- Develop and socialize a compelling roadmap for Quality Engineering

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience leading a software quality-focused engineering team
- Experience with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, accountability, feedback, promotion, and separation
- Familiarity with industry-standard SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability over product quality
