This role is a great opportunity to work with Intel's dynamic Payroll team, committed to providing excellent service to employees by ensuring accurate and timely payments. The team continuously seeks innovative solutions to optimize its processes, resulting in high-quality and efficient outcomes.
The Payroll Accounting Student Worker will be responsible for preparing reports on employee compensation and benefits-related items, as well as statutory reports such as Social Security, Income Tax, and employee withholding. They will also perform Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies in close partnership with the Finance department and Payroll Operations.
About This Role- Manages payments to payroll suppliers and various institutions.
- Provides support for all financial and tax external and internal audits.
- Leverages advanced Excel knowledge to analyze and present data effectively.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- Minimum 2+ years of academic coursework related to accounting.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Payroll accounting experience.
