Job Description:
The Production Management Lead will play a key role in planning, organizing and coordinating all aspects related to the productive process. This includes scheduling, planning and supervising production requirements, overseeing the efficient use of equipment and materials, and supporting cost reduction projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule, plan and supervise production requirements.
- Oversee the efficient use of equipment and materials.
- Support cost reduction projects, whether on materials, processes or standards.
- Define production objectives, policies and goals.
- Maintain good relations with personnel under his/her supervision.
- Coordinate, along with supervisors, production scheduling and meeting goals proposed for the year.
- Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers in continuous improvement through projects and initiatives from all personnel.
What We're Looking For:
- Licenciature in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Field Related.
- Experience: 5 years of production management (medical device experience is preferred).
- English Level: 90-94%.
- Master Degree desirable.
- CQE y/o APICs Certification desirable.
- Problem Solving methodologies.
- Ability to champion new ideas and techniques designed to nurture an environment that encourages and supports innovation.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills with ability to drive high-performance within a safety and quality-focused environment.
