Job Description
The Senior Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for managing key client relationships to enhance and maintain the quality of reported data. This involves consulting with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for large data furnishers on data reporting and accuracy
- Consulting on data integrity services products for smaller clients and verticals
- Navigating complex business environments and working with stakeholders to support data reporting quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2-4 years of experience in client support
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent self-learning skills
Proactive and a self-starter with strong Microsoft office skills
Good understanding of the credit reporting resource guide and full life cycle of data reporting
Critical thinking with ability to identify business problems related to data quality issues
