This role is responsible for participating in a range of regulatory exams and internal audit reviews. You will respond to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management, working closely with the Employment Law team to investigate agency charges and litigation.
You will also partner with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services, and Audit on investigations of employee misconduct. Additionally, you will assist in the design, development, and delivery of training initiatives for HR.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred. Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in regulatory exams and internal audit reviews
- Respond to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management
- Investigate agency charges and litigation with the Employment Law team
- Partner with internal stakeholders on investigations of employee misconduct
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training initiatives for HR
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (speaking, reading, writing)
