Job Summary

Pfizer's Meetings, External Engagements, & Travel (MEET) Speaker Program and Policy Operations Senior Analyst for LATAM is responsible for supporting the Regional Process Integration & Controls Sr Manager in designing a consistent, efficient, and effective Regional Speaker Program framework aligned to the Global Speaker Program Policy.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Support the Speaker Program Needs Assessment (SPNA) process for all markets in LATAM and ensure operational requirements for implementation of local Speaker Program requirements are completed in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the local speaker program policy requirements for all markets within LATAM with input from relevant stakeholders ensuring compliance with global standards and minimum requirements.
  3. Ensure that annual updates of local requirements on the Country Annex Portal are completed in collaboration with Compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
  4. Support the primary point of contact for local policy questions and interpretation for in-scope markets for LATAM, with support from Compliance, as needed.
  5. Engage with Global Policy Owner and Global Risk Owner on relevant policy related matters, as needed.
  6. Support the remediation of audit findings relating to speaker program requirements in LATAM.
  7. Coordinate change management and communications for all markets within LATAM, including as it relates to policy updates, process changes, systems enhancements.
  8. Support the annual Speaker Program Needs Assessment (SPNA) process for all markets within LATAM including identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, initiating the process, tracking and appropriate storage of final SPNAs and approvals, and identifying a process to review progress against SPNAs.
  9. Develop and customize local speaker program training materials and assign, deliver/support delivery, track training to required colleagues within LATAM with appropriate documentation.
  10. Ensure policy requirements within markets are supported, including ensuring maintenance of minimum speaker criteria; review/approval by Medical of approved speakers; and speaker briefing process and documentation.
  11. Support the development of a local monitoring program, as needed, and contribute to periodic level 1 oversight to ensure compliance with policy.
  12. Support audit readiness and implement Regional governance framework.
  13. Contribute to the design of a scalable Regional model and incorporate, as needed, additional policies, including but not limited to Ad Boards, External Funding, etc.
  14. Support ad hoc MEET-related initiatives and projects, as needed.

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of internal and external audits and compliance initiatives.
  • You have familiarity with data analytics and can action data to mitigate compliance risk.
  • You have knowledge of the technology landscape that supports MEET.
  • You possess basic written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility.
  • You have proven ability to support continuous improvement.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have experience in management of multiple client stakeholders.
  • You possess strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple global priorities.
  • MAPP Navigator/SAP/Ariba/LeapFrog experience is preferred.
