Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with readiness and training teams to create effective training programs that reduce delivery time requirements and enhance material.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure understanding and alignment.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Cosmos DB technology and experience with NoSQL DB technologies.
- Strong coding skills in languages like C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Scala, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, including public clouds like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Ali Cloud, or private clouds like OpenStack.
- Database Administrator and Network management experience is a plus.
- Open source solution experience like Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
- B.S. degree in C.S., E.E., or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in system development.
