**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Oss Lead Wacam to join our team at Mondelez International. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of all infrastructure services for the WACAM region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, vendor relationship management, and customer engagement experience. You will work closely with technology teams at global, regional, and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost-effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operation of all infrastructure services for the WACAM region
- Review the SLA of services delivered by different partners (Local, Regional, and Global)
- Satisfaction of the services
- Creating, managing, and continuously improving services
- Managing the following services: printing, video conference, field support, hardware asset management, fixed telephony, mobile telephony, and smart hands to network e hosting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- 5 years of experience managing/delivering projects
- Understanding and working knowledge of ITIL, ITSM tools (Service Now), MS Office products
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Spanish and English fluent; Portuguese is a plus
