About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, experience working with various audiences, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Analyze data to inform the design of effective learning solutions and evaluate the impact of existing programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in instructional design or training and development.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology, including course development software (Articulate Storyline 360) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
