Costa Rica Operations Coordinator

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits.
The successful candidate will provide HR administration support to the Operations organization, delivering exceptional customer service and support to Amazon associates.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing HR administration support to the Operations organization.
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, and/or back-office compliance-related environments.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
- Intermediate Portuguese proficiency (B2 level or higher).
