We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for managing corporate accounting functions, providing financial leadership, and ensuring compliance with local and global policies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our regional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide financial guidance and support to regional teams and office directors
- Collaborate with regional operating officers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA, CA, or CPA qualification desirable
- Minimum 8 years of experience in multinational accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with regional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions
