About the Opportunity
Databricks is seeking a highly skilled Cpq Commercialization Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is responsible for driving commercial growth through process improvements, executing large-scale projects, and developing strategic plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering multiple commercial offer launches per quarter to support revenue growth
- Designing and implementing repeatable offer & commercial policy designs that can scale with the business
- Improving commercial launch quality by reducing the time between ideation and market launch
- Enhancing system readiness and seller adoption through User Acceptance Testing and documentation
- Increasing customer adoption of new products by simplifying purchasing and contracting with Databricks
- Solving complex business problems by breaking them down into actionable steps
- Enabling cross-functional teams to execute on various Commercialization efforts
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities also include:
- Implementing and managing services and support pricing programs
- Providing critical analytical insights to inform business decisions
