Job Description:

To excel in this role, the project manager must possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. They should also have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as the ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception through deployment and closure, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans while mitigating risks in alignment with PMO policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet project requirements via change management policies and processes.
  • Maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics project management
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • PMI PMP Certification
  • Proven success at working within defined PMO policies and processes
