**Role Overview**
Bacardi is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Junior Analyst. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and validate trial runs executed by local vendors to identify discrepancies.
- Work closely with technical and business personnel to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
- Reconcile and balance all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll-related data.
- Ensure timely and adequate payment to employees and third parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local payroll vendors and respond to inquiries within service level agreements.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in HR or Accounting is preferred.
- Understanding of LAC legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements).
