\rYour Responsibilities
\r- \r
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executive admins, and the IT/office team to provide a professional interviewing experience.\r
- Assist with virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical/video conferencing issues.\r
- Support talent acquisition leaders with reporting, recruiting events, and administrative tasks.\r
- Provide ad-hoc support to recruiters and other coordination team members as needed.\r
Your Qualifications
\r- \r
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role.\r
- 1+ years of experience scheduling onsite and remote interviews in multiple time zones.\r
- Proficient experience using G-suite products.\r
- Experience scheduling meetings/interviews with video conferencing software (Zoom).\r
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse).\r
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.\r
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including English language proficiency.\r
- Demonstrate The Smartsheet Way: Drive Results, Take Accountability, Earn Trust, Value & Leverage Differences, and Continuously Learn & Adapt.\r
