Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Interact with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable issues
  • Make daily business-to-business collection calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a willingness to share knowledge
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • 1 year of invoice and payment reconciling experience; preferably in a Business to Business setting including accounts receivable
  • Open to learning new processes and techniques
  • Strong negotiation skills under difficult circumstances
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Minimum of high school graduate preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual - Fluent Spanish & English (Written & Verbal)
