**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Processor to join our team. As a VSRM Administrator/Billing Processor, you will have the opportunity to work with various financial systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Run daily transactions in US & Canada to allow release to accounting of billing documents
  • Review and address blocked billing documents for proper resolution
  • Correct specific issues affecting billing documents to allow release to accounting
  • Create reports and lists to identify stuck billing documents for attention
  • Perform monthly reports to support accounting adjustments
  • Comply with SOX controls for Canada, GCS & US (REC015)
  • Meet SLA's and KPI's defined under your scope of services
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits
  • Participate in stakeholders meetings
  • Execute the billing output monitoring process
  • Update output fields

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute tasks related to the VSRM process
  • Maintain existing VSRM user profiles, including roles management and password reset
  • Add roles at sold-to level
  • Set up new Delegated Visitor Administrators

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • University studies in a related field
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with SAP System
  • Experience performing SOX Control
  • Previous experience related to billing, order management or OTC processes
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
