As an escalation engineer, you will investigate and solve complex technical issues using advanced techniques like code-level analysis, debugging tools, reverse engineering, and other sophisticated diagnostic tools.

You will collaborate with product engineering teams to drive engagement and resolve critical cases through conflict resolution skills. Your expertise will make you a world-class professional in your area of specialization.
