About the Role:
The Agile Adoption Coach will be responsible for guiding our teams to adopt agile methodologies and principles, focusing on improving collaboration, communication, and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to introduce Agile practices across the organization
- Provide coaching and guidance to teams and leaders to support their adoption of Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Measure and track the impact of Agile adoption initiatives
- Communicate results and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Agile facilitation or coaching
- Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Experience developing/managing digital capabilities preferred
