About the Role:

The Manager, Procurement Analytics will be responsible for developing and executing the procurement systems and analytics roadmap, providing insights to the Procurement Systems & Analytics roadmap, and leading the analytics network on the development and adoption of analytical tools and dashboards for the Procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the procurement systems and analytics roadmap
  • Provide insights to the Procurement Systems & Analytics roadmap
  • Lead the analytics network on the development and adoption of analytical tools and dashboards for the Procurement organization
  • Work closely with the Procurement Divisional, Category, Finance and Purchasing functions to identify opportunities to develop data models and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Ariba P2P & analytics function performance and provide consultation and reporting leading to data-driven insights
  • Develop training content and materials, leading training sessions, answer questions on how to effectively use the available tools and monitor usage of the various analytics tools to measure overall value and identify opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 7+ years of work experience related to data analytics activities
  • Proven thought-leadership in effectively interpreting and communicating analytical content
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and business intelligence and analytics platforms (SAP, Ariba, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated database query skills
  • Knowledge of database management
  • Fully Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
