Key Responsibilities
- Consistently apply financial, accounting, and business strategies to support business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to ensure the integrity of internal and external reporting.
- Plan, perform, and schedule work with general management direction, delivering assignments in the form of overall goals and expected results.
- Communicate effectively, providing clear and concise written and verbal English communication, and seeking to understand diverse perspectives.
- Identify problems, their root causes, and implement solutions, recognizing and generating creative ideas to improve processes.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be an active student of, or possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 6 months of experience in Finance global services, intermediate Excel skills for data analysis, and advanced English language proficiency. A permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of SAP are preferred, but not required.

Work Model
