About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team in Costa Rica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, maximizing cost savings, negotiating favorable commercial deals, and optimizing pricing and payment terms.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a matrix reporting structure.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience purchasing services and a degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize cost savings and negotiate favorable commercial deals for lease renewals.
  • Optimize pricing, commercial principles, and payment terms for new requirements to achieve the best value.
  • Conduct comprehensive solicitation processes to identify the most suitable options for the business, considering pricing, quality, and other key factors.
  • Capture rebates and tiered discounts from key suppliers based on spend levels and agreed-upon principles to enhance cost savings.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience purchasing services (cleaning, maintenance, security, gardening or similar).
  • Advanced level of English to work with US and UK.
