Customer Service Role

The Customer Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout the order cycle.

This role involves:

  • Managing customer portfolios, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Performing administrative tasks in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Staying up-to-date on local SHE objectives and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling consignment stocks, completing customer portals as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • High school degree or equivalent; commercial school education preferred.
