About the Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract, select, and hire the best candidates. This includes:

  • Screening and interviewing applicants
  • Administering assessments and extending offers
  • Completing any pre-employment checks required

You will also be expected to develop, coordinate, and administer various company programs, such as referral programs, and maintain the company's Human Resources Information System on a daily basis.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter who can effectively communicate with candidates and clients, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high volume recruitment, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. In addition, they must have strong consulting skills, alongside a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
