Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient individual to join our team as a Digital Guardian - Cybersecurity Content Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, classifying, and eliminating highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to the parameters defined by our clients.
Responsibilities
- Review and classify sensitive content in accordance with established procedures
- Making timely escalations that require special attention from your line manager
- Participating in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role
- Navigating through content with high subjectivity or grey areas
- Identifying trends and reporting issues that need policy specialist interventions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of content moderation experience or Trust & Safety similar activities. Additionally, you should possess an intermediate English level (B2 or above), a high school diploma, and typing skills of 15 words per minute.
Compensation
The estimated monthly salary for this position is between $5,500 and $6,500 USD.
