You will be accountable for provisioning, operations, support, and maintenance of the following systems: Linux and Windows servers, Windows desktop systems, specialized equipment, software, and servers.
ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Configuration: Installing and configuring hardware and software components to insure usability for end-user workstations and data center servers.
Operation and Maintenance: Operating and maintaining our IT systems, including network-connected printers, telephone systems, and network infrastructure.
Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to staff and partners, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
System Monitoring: Monitoring our IT systems and performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Networking Knowledge: Advanced networking knowledge and troubleshooting (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, VPN, Wireless, VMware, VEEM, Firewalls/Routers).
