Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Solar Panel Support Specialist who will be accountable for resolving customer issues efficiently. Your goal is to minimize the customer's time and effort required to achieve resolution while leaving them feeling valued.
You will:
- Identify and diagnose issues in solar panels, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
- Analyze system performance using software tools to detect faults.
- Guide customers and technicians through the process of fixing hardware and software issues.
- Resolve connectivity issues in solar monitoring systems.
- Assist customers using remote tools to access and configure solar monitoring systems or inverters.
