Key Accountabilities
- Create engaging digital designs that align with business objectives and project requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet brand and business needs.
- Develop and maintain style guides and brand guidelines.
- Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.
- Optimize digital images for web, mobile, and other devices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a designer in a creative agency or similar production environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills and 3-5 years of professional experience working with these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and International/Global Brands.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
