About the Role:

We're seeking a Sr. NetSuite System Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing daily support and maintenance tasks, designing and maintaining NetSuite objects and functions, and providing training to internal clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of NetSuite Admin experience, strong configuration and data object management skills, and experience with custom records, integrations, and modules in NetSuite.

As a key member of our finance workstream, you'll lead an agile team to enable configuration-related tasks, partner with PMs and other cross-functional leaders, and manage business relationships across multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with development teams in coordination with NetSuite Architects, make recommendations to management and internal business users, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily support and maintenance tasks
  • Design and maintain NetSuite objects and functions
  • Provide training to internal clients
  • Lead an agile team to enable configuration-related tasks
  • Partner with PMs and other cross-functional leaders
  • Manage business relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Make recommendations to management and internal business users
  • Work with development teams in coordination with NetSuite Architects

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 2 Year Degree in Computer Information Systems (Not Required)
  • 4-6 Years of NetSuite Admin experience
  • Strong NetSuite Configuration, Data Object Management, and Data Integrity skills
  • Strong reporting background using standard NetSuite functionality
  • Experience of Custom Records, Integrations, and Modules in NetSuite
